Whether in a research or clinical setting, there is often a need to measure many proteins in parallel. Although the MRM approach enables multiplexing up to 50 proteins per sample per run, additional validation steps are required to develop a solid assay panel. Usually, measurement of one protein requires 3 to 5 MRM assays. This means that for 50 proteins, a panel of 150-250 assays needs to be developed and validated.

Our expertise allows us to set up a customized protein assay panel within 6 to 8 weeks. This includes the development of new single assays as well as the panel optimization and validation for a certain sample type (e.g. cell lysate, serum, tissue etc.).
