Discovery proteomics

Our discovery proteomics solutions rely on Hyper Reaction Monitoring (HRM-MS™), a mass spectrometry based next generation proteomics technology invented at Biognosys for quantification of complete proteomes. HRM enables reproducible and precise quantification of thousands of proteins in a single instrument run with data independent acquisition (DIA or SWATH). Biognosys’ products including calibration kits and software support the HRM workflow seamlessly and allow for an easy implementation of HRM in your lab.

Targeted proteomics

Multiple and Parallel Reaction Monitoring (MRM and PRM) are targeted proteomics techniques that offer highly specific and sensitive quantification of selected proteins from complex biological samples. With Biognosys solutions, based on the unique iRT concept, researchers can achieve absolute quantification of up to 100 target proteins per run with a dynamic range of 6 orders of magnitude.
